Paul D Hamm – President & CEO

Initially as a private investor in the company in 2002 and then serving as our president and CEO since 2004, Paul D Hamm has led Endavo Media through restructure and turnaround and refocused the company to become an - OTT Video Services Platform leader. Mr. Hamm first assembled the core team and resources needed to develop and launch the company's new products and business plans during an especially difficult period for Internet technology companies. Mr. Hamm dedicated his energies toward keeping the company financially viable to allow the core technology team to focus on developing and launching products and services that would ultimately lead Endavo Media to becoming the innovative digital media management and delivery solutions leader that the company is today.


Before Endavo Media, Mr. Hamm was an 18-year financial services industry veteran, entrepreneur and private equity fund manager. Mr. Hamm founded AlphaWest Capital Partners, a financial marketing and advisory boutique serving emerging public technology companies. In 1998, Mr. Hamm co-founded and served as Managing Director of SovCap Investment Management Group, the Investment Manager to an offshore private investment partnership. An active principal investor since 1998, Mr. Hamm has managed numerous private equity investments in emerging technology and communications companies, often serving as a primary financial and strategic advisor to executive management.


Mr. Hamm served as an officer in the US Army and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stetson University.

Peter Contardo – EVP & CMO/Head of Content

Peter Contardo has over 20 years of demonstrated results in content creation, business operations, strategic branding and marketing, B2B/B2C product development, and organizational planning to accelerate market and revenue growth.


He has produced numerous branded entertainment properties, training and educational programs, multi-media tradeshows and strategic marketing campaigns for a diverse group of businesses and personalities, including Diners Club, Sunoco, United Technologies, Citibank, VISA, Ross Perot and Lil’ Jon. As principal of TCG Partners, he worked with early stage companies in financial services, healthcare, automotive and consumer goods.


Today, as EVP & CMO/Head of Content, and a founding member of the executive management team that took the company private, he is responsible for marketing and the Content Services team, which provides strategic branding, marketing, channel positioning, media management and production services to content producers, distributors and networks to grow their audience, increase brand awareness and monetize OTT syndication and distribution.


Mr. Contardo began a relationship with Endavo Media in 2005, when he served as executive producer of the "Get FIT with Ron" online video community starring former Mr. Universe, Ron Coleman, before joining the company in 2006 as a business development consultant. In 2007, he was named vice president of operations, managing client support and new product and partnership development. He was appointed executive vice president and CMO in 2008, responsible for branding and repositioning the company in the digital media space.


Mr. Contardo has held senior management positions at Perot Systems and Benton International in the technology and financial services industries, where he led business operations, brand development initiatives and product roll-outs for clients including AT&T, ExxonMobil, Discover and MasterCard.


Mr. Contardo has served on advisory boards of the Interactive Media Group of AMA Tampa Bay and the Center for Smart Business, and founded ProNet, a volunteer-based workforce program featured in "99 Cows" by Seth Godin.


He holds both an MBA and a BS in Commerce with honors from Rider University.

Arthur G. Walsh, Jr. – CFO & Secretary

Mr. Walsh is a senior executive with more than 25 years experience involving consulting, senior operating roles, project management, start-up/IPO management, M&A activities and divestitures. In addition, he has a strong background in finance and accounting, human resources management, information systems, office services, facilities management, cost management and business development. Mr. Walsh joined the Endavo management team at the beginning of 2009.


Prior to joining Endavo, Mr. Walsh served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for various business entities controlled by Mark A. Johnson from 2000 through 2008.


From November 1992 until March 2000, Mr. Walsh held numerous senior executive positions with Clarus Corporation (formerly SQL Financials International, Inc.), a business-to-business electronic commerce software company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. He was recruited into this start-up software company to build the organization's culture and infrastructure, develop policies and procedures, recruit other executives and employees and grow the business. He managed the functional growth of the company, project managed acquisition and divestiture projects and managed the company's IPO and secondary offering efforts. He also served as the company's Secretary/Treasurer and Corporate Compliance Officer.


Prior to joining Clarus, Mr. Walsh served as Chief Operating Officer and Firm Secretary for Wilson & McIlvaine, the second oldest law firm in Chicago, Illinois. From September 1989 until November 1992, he led the overall management of the firm's business operations.


Prior to joining Wilson & McIlvaine, Mr. Walsh held numerous senior positions with Andersen Consulting in Atlanta and Chicago World Headquarters from 1974 - 1989. In his last role with the company, he coordinated the development of and monitored a $125 million research and development operating plan used to create and maintain leading-edge software products and service lines for the worldwide consulting practice.

Scott Bell – Director, Technology Solutions

Mr. Bell has over 22 years experience in delivering innovative technology solutions with 14+ years in management. A technology specialist for network systems, digital media, Internet TV, IPTV, content management, software engineering, application architectures, project management, and quality assurance.


He spent 12 years with Sprint Corporation starting as a software engineer and advanced to senior manager. He developed and led a number of software development projects and was a member of Sprint's technology steering committee. After leaving Sprint, Mr. Bell worked for ZapMedia as the Director of Engineering. ZapMedia developed an innovative digital media (IPTV) solution for the consumer market. Scott Bell's latest position was CIO at DAVE Networks responsible for datacenter infrastructure, project management, and quality assurance. Before the CIO role, he was VP-Technology Solutions responsible for delivering the software and hardware product solutions. DAVE Networks is in the digital media industry with a web based media management system, a set-top box platform, PC based media application, and a social networking solution. Mr. Bell has also held consulting positions leveraging his industry and technology experience. Mr. Bell strives towards innovation and welcomes new challenges while keeping a balance of personal values that include quality of life, family, friendship, and respect for others.

Anthony Davis – Director, Client Services

Anthony joined Endavo Media in 2010 to lead the expanding client services team. In his capacity as Director of Client Services, Anthony is responsible for all aspects of the relationship with Endavo’s clients including the deployment, training, and support of Endavo Media’s suite of products.


With more than 15 years of experience managing the deployment of industry changing technologies in the telecommunications and financial service sectors, Anthony’s expertise in deploying business critical applications is vital to providing our clients with the right service, in the right market at the right time. Before joining Endavo Media, Anthony served as Director of Product Management at Fundtech Corporation, a leader in global transaction banking solutions, and Sales Engineer at Kabira Technologies, a provider of advanced telecommunication transaction engines.


Anthony received his B.A. from Queens College, where he focused on political statistics, and has been honored as a Mellon Scholar.

Stanislav Stratiev – Director, Engineering

Mr. Stratiev has led the development of the application since joining the company in 2006, overseeing the development, QA, and the network operation teams. Stan has been developing software applications for over 10 years. He is passionate about Object Oriented Programming, High Availability Systems, Software Scalability, Continuous Integration and Automated Testing.


Prior to joining Endavo Media, Stan led software development teams in the CRM and Mortgage CRM industries.


Mr. Stratiev holds a Bachelor degree of Computer Science from the Technical University of Sofia.
