Lynn Busing

Lynn Busing currently serves as chairman of the board of Endavo Media. He is also general partner of RJ Lauren Ventures, a private equity fund investing in early and emerging stage technology companies, that he founded in 2008. Mr. Busing served as COO for Exstream Software, LLC prior to its acquisition by HP in 2008. Exstream Software, a leading provider of enterprise software that streamlines the creation and delivery of personalized documents and other communications materials, was a privately-held portfolio company of American Capital Strategies, Ltd.

Prior to his positions at Exstream, Mr. Busing was executive vice president and held several senior management positions at CheckFree Corporation from 1994 to 2003. Mr. Busing was senior vice president of Servantis Systems Holdings, Inc. from 1993 to 1994. From 1987 to 1994, Mr. Busing was vice president with Digital Equipment Corporation.

Paul D Hamm

Initially as a private investor in the company in 2002 and then serving as our president and CEO since 2004, Paul D Hamm has led Endavo Media through restructure and turnaround and refocused the company to become an Internet TV platform leader. Mr. Hamm first assembled the core team and resources needed to develop and launch the company's new products and business plans during an especially difficult period for Internet technology companies. Mr. Hamm dedicated his energies toward keeping the company financially viable to allow the core technology team to focus on developing and launching products and services that would ultimately lead Endavo Media to becoming the innovative digital media management and delivery solutions leader that the company is today.

Before Endavo Media, Mr. Hamm was an 18-year financial services industry veteran, entrepreneur and private equity fund manager. Mr. Hamm founded AlphaWest Capital Partners, a financial marketing and advisory boutique serving emerging public technology companies. In 1998, Mr. Hamm co-founded and served as Managing Director of SovCap Investment Management Group, the Investment Manager to an offshore private investment partnership. An active principal investor since 1998, Mr. Hamm has managed numerous private equity investments in emerging technology and communications companies, often serving as a primary financial and strategic advisor to executive management.

Scott Bell

Mr. Bell has over 22 years experience in delivering innovative technology solutions with 14+ years in management. A technology specialist for network systems, digital media, Internet TV, IPTV, content management, software engineering, application architectures, project management, and quality assurance.

He spent 12 years with Sprint Corporation starting as a software engineer and advanced to senior manager. He developed and led a number of software development projects and was a member of Sprint’s technology steering committee. After leaving Sprint, Mr. Bell worked for ZapMedia as the Director of Engineering. ZapMedia developed an innovative digital media (IPTV) solution for the consumer market. Scott Bell’s latest position was CIO at DAVE Networks responsible for datacenter infrastructure, project management, and quality assurance. Before the CIO role, he was VP-Technology Solutions responsible for delivering the software and hardware product solutions. DAVE Networks is in the digital media industry with a web based media management system, a set-top box platform, PC based media application, and a social networking solution. Mr. Bell has also held consulting positions leveraging his industry and technology experience. Mr. Bell strives towards innovation and welcomes new challenges while keeping a balance of personal values that include quality of life, family, friendship, and respect for others.

Peter Contardo

Peter Contardo is a senior executive with 20 years of demonstrated results in marketing and operations, B2B/B2C product development, and organization development to accelerate market and revenue growth. Mr. Contardo is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing operations to drive Endavo's rapid client growth plans and new business partnerships.

From start-ups to multinational organizations including AT&T, Bank of America, Citibank, Diners Club and MasterCard, Mr. Contardo has led business operations, brand development initiatives and new product roll-outs. As principal of TCG Partners, he has worked with emerging companies in financial services, healthcare, automotive and consumer goods.

Mr. Contardo built and directed a global business development team for Perot Systems and implemented a knowledge management system that both became models for the company. As senior vice president and manager of Benton International, Mr. Contardo's consulting engagements included designing credit/smart card programs, creating new marketing framework for global franchise operations, and producing the specifications for a nationwide health information system.
In addition to his operations and business development experience, Mr. Contardo has been the executive producer for an online fitness community, and has created video and multimedia programs for ExxonMobil, Sunoco, United Technologies and VISA.

Mr. Contardo served on the inaugural advisory board of the Center for Smart Business, an exclusive membership organization providing tactical education to entrepreneurs. Arthur G. Walsh, Jr.

Mr. Walsh is a senior executive with more than 25 years experience involving consulting, senior operating roles, project management, start-up/IPO management, M&A activities and divestitures. In addition, he has a strong background in finance and accounting, human resources management, information systems, office services, facilities management, cost management and business development. Mr. Walsh joined the Endavo management team at the beginning of 2009.

Prior to joining Endavo, Mr. Walsh served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for various business entities controlled by Mark A. Johnson from 2000 through 2008.

From November 1992 until March 2000, Mr. Walsh held numerous senior executive positions with Clarus Corporation (formerly SQL Financials International, Inc.), a business-to-business electronic commerce software company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. He was recruited into this start-up software company to build the organization’s culture and infrastructure, develop policies and procedures, recruit other executives and employees and grow the business. He managed the functional growth of the company, project managed acquisition and divestiture projects and managed the company’s IPO and secondary offering efforts. He also served as the company’s Secretary/Treasurer and Corporate Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining Clarus, Mr. Walsh served as Chief Operating Officer and Firm Secretary for Wilson & McIlvaine, the second oldest law firm in Chicago, Illinois. From September 1989 until November 1992, he led the overall management of the firm’s business operations.

Prior to joining Wilson & McIlvaine, Mr. Walsh held numerous senior positions with Andersen Consulting in Atlanta and Chicago World Headquarters from 1974 – 1989. In his last role with the company, he coordinated the development of and monitored a $125 million research and development operating plan used to create and maintain leading-edge software products and service lines for the worldwide consulting practice.

George Butterly

VP Operations and Sales Support

George Butterly brings over 25 years experience in marketing, sales and product and business development. At Endavo Media, he is responsible for corporate operations and support for marketing, business partnerships, sales and client relationships.

Mr. Butterly has held positions as Chief Marketing Officer, VP of marketing, sales manager and project/product manager with various Fortune 100 and small IT and manufacturing businesses including IBM, Motorola, Diversicom Corporation, Spray-Crete, and Knowledge Development Group.

At IBM, he brought to market and sold various high-tech products and services and worked with strategic partners and clients such as HP, Lexmark, Kraft, Tech Data, Amway, US Customs, Ariba and siteROCK. Prior to joining Endavo Media, George was founder and president of Marketing Integrators, Inc., where he used his marketing and sales leadership and experience to help smaller businesses facilitate growth by developing and implementing marketing plans and sales strategies.

Mr. Butterly enjoys facilitating, business coaching, speaking and traveling. He has served as a board member and been an active volunteer or member with numerous organizations including the American Marketing Association, Product Development and Management Association, Tampa Bay Technology Forum, Sales and Marketing Executives International, International Association of Business Communicators, Florida Public Relations Association, Grace Family Church, Tampa Bay Executive Forum, Lifework Leadership and Toastmasters.
